Terms of Service

EXIPRA is a venue for trading product designs; the operator is not a party to transactions and does not screen listings. A purchase provides delivery of the full document — that is the entire transaction. The operator takes no part in, and does not define, the rights arrangement between seller and buyer (copyright, usage conditions, or any transfer or license of rights); those follow from applicable law and any agreement between the parties. The same design may be sold to multiple buyers, and no exclusivity is guaranteed. Payment goes directly from buyer to seller through a payment method the seller offers; the operator does not receive, hold, or transfer sale proceeds. The full document is disclosed by grant — automatic when a payment service reports success, or recorded by the seller after confirming receipt for direct payments. The operator does not read sealed content except in narrow cases (payment procedures, legal process, terms enforcement, incident response) and never uses it for its own products. Refunds are handled between the parties, including through the payment service used; disputes between users are resolved between the parties. Governed by Japanese law; the Japanese text is the governing version.
