- 取得する情報: メールアドレス、表示名、取引情報（購入・出品・ダウンロードの記録）、売り手が登録する受け取り情報（Stripe アカウントの識別子・PayPal 受け取り先・支払い案内）、Cookie 等による閲覧情報（セッション管理・閲覧数の重複排除に限る）、IP アドレス（不正防止・アクセス頻度制限）、および障害発生時のエラー情報（端末・ブラウザ情報を含み得ます）。
- 出品物の内容: 出品物のフルドキュメント（開示されていない部分を含む）は、利用規約第5条に定める限定的な場合を除き、人が閲覧しない運用とします。システムによる自動処理（プレビュー生成・開示範囲の検査等）は閲覧に当たりません。
- 利用目的: 本サービスの提供（認証、取引の記録・履行、開示（グラント）の管理）、不正防止、問い合わせ対応。
- 第三者提供・委託: 決済および売り手の本人確認のため Stripe に、PayPal レールでの決済処理のため PayPal に、それぞれ必要な範囲で情報を提供します。このほか、データの保管・ホスティング、メールの配送、障害監視、アクセス頻度制限のための IP アドレスの一時処理を、外部事業者に必要な範囲で委託します。法令に基づく場合を除き、その他の第三者提供は行いません。
- 広告・トラッキング: 広告目的のトラッキングは行いません。
